Acting on behalf of Carillion, Canning O’Neill negotiated the sub letting of part 1st floor of the building which is located adjacent to the Imperial War Museum just across the water from the BBC.
This is the second deal that Canning O’Neill have secured within The Malt House within a few months, the first being to Next Gen Web Solutions. A further 7,000 sq ft still remains available to let within the building.
