Acting on behalf of a tenant in the building, niche office agency practice, Canning O’Neill have secured a sub-letting to Ship & Duck Ltd who will be using the 1st floor accommodation to lauch their new business venture.

Ship & Duck have taken a suite extending to 1,425 sq ft.
