Following a recent refurbishment of the building by owners British Steel Pension Fund, Fountain House on Fountain Street in Manchester has welcomed a new occupier.
Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, Unity Corporation LLP have taken the 6th Floor offices, comprising 2,162 sq ft. Unity Corporation was established in 2012 through a management buyout of divisions of RMS Tenon and, since then, has expanded rapidly.
Matthew Bowker, Senior Partner of Unity Corporation LLP comments “We chose Fountain House for our new office due to the quality of the building, the attractive terms on offer and its’ central location within Manchester’s financial district – which makes it easily accessible for our staff. The flexible, open plan accommodation gives our business room to grow and we are looking forward to expanding the business further.”
Comments Conrad O’Neill of Canning O’Neill, “It is great to be able to announce a new letting so soon after completion of the refurbishment works. The quality of office accommodation, prime core location and secure basement car parking were clear factors in Unity Corporation’s decision to come to Fountain House. We have 4/5 more floors available and, with the competitive quoting rental for air conditioned offices, we are confident of announcing more lettings at the building shortly.”
