Lima Networks have completed the purchase of Unit 06 at Digital Park on Broadway, adjacent to MediaCityUK. Comprising 8,821 sq ft, the unit overlooks Manchester Ship Canal Company and is the largest unit on the scheme.
This now leaves only Unit 05 of 6,152 sq ft remaining and it is available for purchase please contact Mark Canning for more information. A 3,050 sq ft suite is also available in Unit 04 to let.
Lima Networks will relocate to their new premises in August and will join Xarios , BBT, Converge One and Graham Construction.
Manchester office agents, Canning O’Neill are also retained to let Lima Networks’ current offices at Quays Reach , off South Langworthy Road in Salford Quays. Providing a total of 4,555 sq ft Lima have fitted the accommodation to a high standard including the installation of comfort cooling.
