Digital agency, Reason Digital have taken additional office space at Cheetwood House, 21 Newton Street in Manchester’s “Northern Quarter”.
Reason Digital is a Social Enterprise that works with non-profit organisations to help them with all aspects of their digital presence; from designing websites, to building apps and advising organisations on their social media presence. Their clients include the BBC, various Local Authorities and several Charities. They already occupied c. 1,400 sq ft on the 4th Floor of Cheetwood House and have expanded and taken a new lease on the whole floor, comprising 2,534 sq ft.
Cheetwood House offers character office space on flexible leases at competitive rents. Reason Digital’s expansion leaves suites of 1,745 sq ft on the 1st Floor and 1,212 sq ft on the 3rd Floor available and the quoting rental is £9.00 psf.
Matt Haworth of Reason Digital said: “We’re excited to be moving into this new space as it gives us the opportunity to host bigger events for the voluntary and community sector, and offer meeting spaces to charities and other organisations right in the heart of the city centre.”
