52 PRINCESS STREET SHINES AGAIN

| Mandy

Despite the gloomy conditions we’re pleased to announce that on the back of spring lettings to Liquid Personnel, Boardwalk Studios and Definitive Events there have been four more summer signings. These include Hotel & Land Development, Moneyextra.com, Stone Management and Construction and Save the Children.

The charity Save the Children have taken a lease for 15 years on the rear ground floor suite which equates to 2,819 sq ft. This brings the total space let this year to 9,663sqft.

Commented James Dickinson, Director at Canning O’Neill, “52 Princess Street is a building that continues to be successful, largely due to the modern, unique and sympathetic refurbishment programme which restored this former cotton warehouse to a characterful and stunning office building”.

“Add to that the excellent management of the building, by owners Paul McCann and Paul Stewart at Bridge Properties Ltd and it comes as no surprise why time and time again, this building continues to attract and maintain the type of quality office occupiers that are growing their businesses and driving Manchester forward”.

Paul McCann stated that amongst other things great design, attention to detail and close relationships with both tenants and agents have ensured success at 52 Princess Street, hinting that they may now be ready to work on their next project in the City.
