We Find A New Home For UNILAD

Manchester continues to breed successful digital companies and non-more so than UNILAD which is one of the biggest global platforms for breaking news and shareable on-line content. This week we helped secure new offices for the company as it moved from offices in the Northern Quarter to take 3,044 sq ft at Conavon Court. In a separate deal, Edge Consulting Engineers has moved from serviced offices in Barton Arcade to take 1,535 sq ft.

Located on Blackfriars Street, Conavon Court has been sympathetically refurbished by Conavon Properties to offer suites from approximately 1,500 sq ft up to full floors of circa 5,600 sq ft.  The development is home to tenants including CandidSky, My Accountancy Place, and Regital.

With a hands-on landlord, we’ve been able to tailor the offices to give occupiers the exact space they need and are looking forward to bringing the final floor to the market later this year.”

UNILAD and Edge were unrepresented.
