The e-commerce firm has relocated from Irlam to Cavendish House in Sale.
Party Delights, which sells fancy dress outfits and other celebration items, has signed a 10-year lease on 10,500 sq ft within Orbit Developments’ 26,000 sq ft Cross Street building.
A subsidiary of the Wonder Group, Party Delights has recently relocated its storage and distribution function to Milton Keynes.
Party Delight’s offices and studio have been designed and project managed by Altrincham-based, Office Insight. The company joins IT company Thinc in the building.
Orbit has recently refurbished some of the communal areas within the building, creating a garden room featuring a Peloton studio.
Dean Richards, leasing director at Orbit Developments, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Party Delights and happy that we were able to offer them the space that they need for their office studio and facilities. I’m also really pleased with the feedback we’ve received on the recent enhancements we’ve made in the building. Sale is a very exciting place to be and Cavendish House is in a prime location.”
Canning O’Neill & Cushman & Wakefield are joint letting agents on the building.
Mark Canning, consultant at Canning O’Neill, said: “The search for new office premises took place over many months and Cavendish House provided the perfect solution, allowing Party Delights to accommodate both their offices and studio space under one roof, close to Junction 7 of the M60. The team at Party Delights have been a pleasure to work with and I am sure that they will have a great celebratory party when they move in.”
