Hard on the heels of the recent letting to Smooth Financial, Manchester Office Agents, Canning O’Neill announce another new tenant at Jackson House in Sale on behalf of the landlord, Commercial Estates Group.
Specialist IT and data centre provider, Select Group PLC have taken a 1,078 sq ft office suite on the ground floor on a five-year lease.
Richard Stone, technical design director at Select Group commented on the move: “We are delighted to be moving to Jackson House as it is such a prominent building in the Sale area, and meets all our requirements in terms of its local amenities and characterful space. Due to our recent growth, we had been looking for a second, smaller base in the Manchester area, to house our support staff, and Jackson House was an ideal choice. Debt management consultants, Smooth Financial, moved into Jackson House earlier this month, with other occupiers including IBM, Chep UK and AA Projects Construction Consultants.
