A global gaming company is to move to a flagship Manchester office campus.

IGT has signed a ten-year lease to occupy 10,800 sq ft, taking the second floor at Exchange Quay’s Building 1.

The firm is relocating workers to the scheme from its Manchester office at Quay West in Salford Quays in a move to accommodate agile working, as well as to provide its staff with modern offices, a great amenity offer and enhanced facilities.

The 435,000 sq ft Exchange Quay is refurbishing the entire floor and replacing the air conditioning system and as a result the floor has achieved an A EPC Certificate. This is part of a wider investment on the site to boost the environmental quality of the campus, building on its biodiversity and social agenda initiatives.

Exchange Quay is one of the largest office campuses in the North West with more than 4,000 workers. The team continues to receive a high level of enquiries from companies who are seeking contemporary Grade A office accommodation together with a host of amenities designed to boost employee wellbeing.

Les Lang, director, Till AM said: “We are delighted to welcome IGT to join our strong tenant roster at Exchange Quay. This is the best office campus in Manchester with a wide range of amenities designed to suit the requirements of the corporate occupier. The further investments we are making to improve the environmental footprint of the campus is a reflection of our determination to keep Exchange Quay as the best location for corporate office occupiers.”
