Our Two-Stage Approach

The Search stage

This stage identifies all available office accommodation within a specified search area and specified size range. The brief can be tailored to meet your specific requirement as to style/specification of space, rental/price budget and other factors. The Search stage provides you with a report, listing all available properties meeting the specified criteria, with full costing information.

The Acquisition stage

In this stage our acquisition consultants will assist you in the selection of properties to view, leading to the assembly of a short-list of preferred options. We then look after negotiations on your behalf, using our expert market knowledge to secure your preferred office accommodation on the most favourable market terms. Once terms are agreed we then help monitor the legal conveyancing process through to completion.
