The building is occupied by our client (a local restaurateur) but they only require a single floor so are happy to sublet either the 1st or 2nd, depending on your preference.  Licences will be available from 12 months upwards.

Access is on George Street (adjacent to the Bricklayers Arms) and you’d only be a stone’s through from Altrincham Market.  Behind the white entrance door are stairs to the upper two floors.  All of the common areas have been fully refurbished.

At first floor there is a landing with W/C and then access to the first floor space.  This is fitted with kitchen (incl. boiling tap) and a large amound of built in storage.  The desks are laid out in a central configuration with floor boxes underneath for power.  The space is lit by LED spot lights and there is a stunning parapet window to the corner.

Further stairs lead to the second floor with further landing and W/C.  The office is roof space with slightly sloping ceilings but a more flexible layout due to less built in storage.  A small brew point is situated in one corner of the space.  Again, lighting is LED spot lights.

Altrincham is one of Manchester’s most popular and affluent suburbs.  The town benefits from excellent transport links with rail and Metrolink stations.  Access to the national motorway system is via Junctions 7 & 8 of the M56 and Junction 7 of the M60 motorway.  The Metrolink tram connects Altrincham with other Greater Manchester suburbs and provides a regular direct service into Manchester city centre every 6-12 minutes.
