With a selection of rooms available across three floors, it’s perfect for meetings and events; whether it’s that all important board meeting, or just an intimate catch-up for two! There’s space for those looking to host a private dining experience or a memorable celebration, and for those looking for a hybrid working solution. There is a choice of meeting rooms and event space that can be hired for day or evening occasions, including The Edge that offers its own roof top terrace with stunning panoramic views of the famous Edge.

Desks are charged at £300 each pcm, with the Ground & 1st Floor office spaces benefiting from:- exclusive lockable area, desks and adjustable chairs, Wifi, lighting & heating, shared refreshment point, access Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, manned reception, access to the gym and showers, discounted rates on meeting room bookings, company mailing address if required and access to the car charging points (payable & would need to be booked).

The Lower Ground Floor office includes all of the above but has its own refreshment point rather than a shared one. The space also includes a fridge and dishwasher and a fresh bean to cup coffee machine which could be rented.
