Manchester-based business, Pin Property, has appointed Canning O’Neill and Cushman & Wakefield to market its recently acquired grade A office space.
The building, which will now undergo a complete refurbishment is to be renamed One extends to 61,000 sq ft and is one of two buildings that make up Dovecote Business Park, and will provide superb HQ offices to let on J6 M60 Business Park.
