Snackruptors & Depot Connect Take Office Space in Anchorage, Salford Quays

International businesses, Depot Connect International and Snackruptors have committed to office space inside Anchorage, a landmark Grade A office scheme in Salford Quays.

The lettings build on Anchorage’s recent BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable, high quality workspace.

Depot Connect International (DCI), a global provider of tank container services and logistics infrastructure, has secured office space at Anchorage as it establishes its new regional base, with a move scheduled for April.

Andreea Ivanov, of Depot Connect International, said: “This move marks an important step in our continued growth. As demand for our services increases, the new office provides the space and environment we need to support our expanding team.

“The design focuses on collaboration and flexibility, with modern meeting spaces and improved facilities that will enable us to work more efficiently and continue building on our presence in the UK.”

Snackruptors, a global food manufacturer and private label partner working with major retailers and brands worldwide, has taken the part ground floor suite at Anchorage 1, comprising 2,131 sq ft.

The company has agreed a five-year lease on the CAT A+ suite, which includes a newly delivered eight-person meeting room installed by the landlord to support the team’s move.

In addition to this, Fix My Run, an existing occupier at Anchorage, has also reaffirmed its commitment to the building by agreeing a new three-year lease. The renewal reflects continued confidence in Anchorage as a base for growing businesses in Salford Quays.
