Seventh office deal of the year at Exchange Quay in Salford Quays!
Canning O’Neill are pleased to announce, Independent financial advisers Chase De Vere have taken a 10 year lease on the sixth-floor of Building 8 (12,319 sq ft).
Hunter’s £10m refurbishment programme is rolling out, with the completion of Building No.8 and now works have started on Building No.1 The refurbishment works include upgrading the buildings to Grade A specification, extensive remodelling of the whole public realm and the introduction of a range of new amenities and facilities. The full works are set to complete in Q3 2015.
