Fionnuala McCallion promoted to Associate Director at Canning O’Neill

Senior surveyor Fionnuala McCallion has been promoted to associate director at Manchester-based property consultancy Canning O’Neill.

Fin joined Canning O’Neill in 2023 from Lambert Smith Hampton, having completed a degree in Real Estate.

Since then, she has led on the instructions for Urban Splash across Manchester and at Media City, becoming a key part of the firm’s office agency team across the region.  In Sale, she has also helped Altered/Space achieve full occupancy in The Classrooms, Stanley Square.

Fin works alongside directors James Dickinson, John Nash, and Mark Bamber who joined earlier this year from Knight Frank.
