Anchorage One & Two in Salford Quays office buildings have successfully achieved the prestigious In-Use BREEAM certification following a significant sustainability-focused refurbishment.

The achievement includes an overall “Very Good” Asset Performance rating and a market-leading “Excellent” Management Performance rating. Crucially, according to Greenbook live the management score of 75.3% is the highest BREEAM Management Performance score recorded in Greater Manchester.
