Bridge Properties has signed up Soletanhe Freyssinet IT UK at Element, a 40,000 sq ft office building in Birchwood, Warrington.

The international soil, structural and nuclear engineering company has taken 3,362 sq ft on a 5 year lease in what is the first letting a at Element. Redesigned by Icongnito, and constructed by Flexible Business Interiors, the building, formerly known as Dominion House has received a high ‘A’ EPC rating and the newly installed heating and ventilation system has received the accoldate of ‘Best Commercial Installation of the Year’ at the National Energy Saving Awards.
