Treat your Office with a trip to the Manchester Christmas Markets this year as it is bigger and better than ever!
People travel far and wide to visit the award winning Manchester Christmas Markets, and Manchester Offices should certainly boost morale with a visit to the European market right on their doorstep.
December is often a strange month for businesses, festivities can be distracting but end of year deadlines and projects take priority. Christmas parties are being arranged and enjoyed and some companies arrange Christmas bonuses or treats. One way to increase staff engagement is an outing and the Christmas markets are a great way to give your employees a well earned break and a nice treat. We went down ourselves last week, but here are a few reasons why you should go too.
The 2014 Christmas markets are bigger than ever with 2 extra locations within a quarter of a mile of each other.
The locations are;
- Albert Square
- Brazennose Street
- King Street
- St. Ann’s Square
- New Cathedral Street
- Exchange Street
- Exchange Square
And the new locations;
- Cathedral Gardens
- Market Street
Treats for your Office
The Manchester Christmas Markets opened 2 weeks ago on the 14th November, and you still have time to take your office staff down as it is running till the 21st December.
There are lots of great treats for you and your staff (or friends) including German Bratwurst, hot dogs, Pulled pork, pretzels, strudel, and pancakes.
If you are going down outside of Office hours, there are plenty of beers on offer and mulled wine to get you in the Christmas Spirit.
You can also browse the stalls of European delicacies and unique Christmas gifts. Staff can get a head start on their Christmas shopping or just treat themselves with all the goodies there are to sample and buy. With over 300 stalls there is plenty to see and do at the Markets.
