Commercial property consultant, Canning O’Neill, has let 10 Exchange Quay in Salford Quays to Yumi Nutrition.
The company, one of the UK’s leading chewable vitamin brands, has relocated from Wilsons Park Business Centre on Monsall Rd to take the 2,840 sq ft self-contained building on a five-year lease. The deal comes after OLIVER marketing departed the building earlier in the year.
Founded in 2017 by Sebastien Vanderlinden, Adam Barker and Joshua Margetts, Yumi Nutrition Ltd has grown rapidly with a wide range of chewable supplements and listings in multiple retailers across the UK and US including Holland & Barrett and GNC.
Speaking about the deal, Mark Canning director at Canning O’Neill, commented: “We are pleased to have concluded a deal with Yumi. Although the building was still under lease to a tenant who had vacated earlier in the year, taking a surrender and agreeing a new lease with Sebastien was much preferred and we look forward to working with Yumi over the coming years as they grow business from their new HQ.”
Sebastien Vanderlin, CEO at Yumi Nutrition, said: “Yumi has grown at an incredible rate over the past few years in what has been a really exciting journey for myself and my co-founders.
“We are increasing our product portfolio and are taking on several new members of staff to enable us to expand further. Having quickly outgrown our previous unit, the new office at Exchange Quay provides us with the space we need to continue our upward trajectory as a business.”
10 Exchange Quay is owned by Canning O’Neill.
