Today saw the OAS Property Cycle 40 mile loop ride all in aid of charity! Manchester Green hosted one of the feed stations set up for the ardent cyclists, complete with energy drinks, bars and bananas! James Evans of Savills took the green jersey and CBRE’s, Michelle Rothwell came in 2nd place. All proceeds from the race go to Norfox (The North West Property Charity supporting local kids charities)
Green for business, Green for connectivity, Green for leisure, choose Manchester Green!
Following Barwood’s purchase of Manchester Green in May 2013, they have already made substantial investment in the scheme in order to not only return the scheme to its ‘former glory’, but to take it to the next stage of its evolution and place it at the forefront of business park accommodation in South Manchester. Existing and new tenants alike will be able to take advantage of high quality ‘new’ / HQ standard offices in a mature landscaped environment, with an excellent on-site car parking ratio of 1:250 sq ft and enhanced on-site facilities.
Described as a location with all the connections, Manchester Green is located on Styal Road adjacent to Manchester International Airport and within 1 mile of junction 5 of the M56.
