Manchester-based commercial property agency, Canning O’Neill has advised world-leading immersive reality (VR) software and solutions company, Virtalis, on the relocation of its headquarters to Think Park on Trafford Park.
The deal sees Virtalis move from its existing offices at Chester House on Dane Road in Sale, where it occupied 3,500 sq ft, to take the whole of the first floor of Building 3, measuring 11,228 sq ft, at Think Park on a new 10-year lease with a five-year break.
The deal is Canning O’Neill’s second acquisition at Think Park having acquired 10,000 sq ft of office and laboratory space on behalf of international flavouring giant, ADM Wild UK in August 2018.
Backed by European tech growth investment firm, Alpina Partners, Virtalis provides technology to companies to provide a better understanding of design, manufacturing and training information by delivering their clients’ interaction through visualisation. The company is a market leader in its core sectors deliver exceptional visualisation solutions to the manufacturing and engineering sectors throughout the UK, Europe, the US, South America and the Far East.
Speaking about the relocation, Andrew Finn, CFO of Virtalis, commented: “As technology lies at the core of what we do, it’s imperative that the space supports our line of work. Having successfully relocated ADM Wild UK, we were confident Think Park would be an attractive option for Virtalis; with the deal now complete, the company will relocate later this month.”

Canning O’Neill are now appointed to dispose of Chester House in suites from 169 sq ft on flexible terms.
