Acting on behalf of Bridge Properties, Canning O’Neill and Williams Sillitoe have recently secured three new tenants for the newly-refurbished Eden Point office scheme.

WebQuarters Group, JTRS and Clear Orthodontics have committed to a total of approximately 6,000 sq ft of space in what is considered to be one of South Manchester’s most cutting-edge office refurbishments.

Located on the A34, Eden Point is a high-quality office scheme comprising 31,000 sq ft and has remaining suites from 200 sq ft to 3,300 sq ft.

James Dickinson, director at Canning O’Neill, said: “The quality of the works carried out by the building owners, coupled with the excellent location and the unique feel of the building has made the offer highly attractive to companies looking for office space in the South Manchester market.

“We have recently instructed solicitors on another two deals so hope to be making further announcements soon.

Paul McCann, of Bridge Properties, said: “The building was one of the first in South Manchester to go for a boutique ‘fully exposed’ services look and feel which has been very well received by occupiers looking for a modern and contemporary feel to their working environment.

“We have also launched Eat@eden Café Restaurant on the ground floor which has proved very popular with the tenants offering fresh food and drinks and a great place to meet.”

Quoting rental is £19.50 per sq ft.
