A 10-year lease has been signed by the consulting and engineering services firm, which joins fellow tenants SFIT at Bridge Properties’ Birchwood office site.
The move will see RPS leave Dalton Avenue on Birchwood Park to move to Element which was bought by Bridge three years ago, and known as Dominion House, before being refurbished and rebranded.
Tracy Cooper of Newsteer advised RPS on the move, which will happen this month once the fit-out has been completed by Flexible Business Interiors.
Carl Gaskell, operational director at RPS said: “We’re really excited at the positive impact this move will have on our people. Our current office is 8,800 sq ft which we have occupied since 2013. We are not downsizing the team, we are simply taking slightly less office space because of the ongoing balance of hybrid working post-Covid. The new office configuration will see us have less desk space but more meeting space and invest in a higher specification working environment for our people.”
Paul McCann, of Bridge Properties, added: “Element has been designed in direct response to occupiers’ needs. By creating a dynamic environment which attracts and retains talent, whilst at the same time creating a sustainable workspace which aligns with companies’ ESG values, the building is attracting high-calibre organisations like RPS.”

Element offers almost 40,000 sq ft of office space across three floors, with suite sizes starting from 2,088 sq ft. The building also features a business lounge and a gym.
