Recruitment consultancy Amoria Bond have taken the final 5,000 sq ft suite at the 54,000 sq ft office building, owned by London based investment firm Cervidae.
Amoria, which is relocating from a 4,500 sq ft unit at nearby Towers Business Park, has signed a 10 year lease on the office located off Princess Road next to Didsbury High School.
John Nash, Director at Canning O’Neill, said: “Following our appointment on Didsbury Point late last year, it is particularly satisfying to have managed to let the space in such a short amount of time, particularly considering the market as a whole over the last nine months.”
Existing occupiers at the business park include contractor Bouygues UK, architectural practice IBI Group, travel agent Carrier Travel and software developer Sapphire Systems.
Canning O’Neill and CBRE represented the landlord and Amoria were unrepresented.
