You may have seen OLIVER Group in the news in the last few months, after the marketing agency acquired Manchester based Aylesworth Fleming. Well, after looking for office space, we’ve signed a deal for the agency to let 10 Exchange Quay in Salford Quays.
They will relocate from Furness House in Salford Quays to take the self-contained 2,840 sq ft building on a new 10 year lease. Trox UK vacated the property in August, so we’re please to have re-let the building so quickly!

Yet it will also enable them to take advantage of all the benefits of being part of the larger Exchange Quays Scheme. On site amenities now include a restaurant, a convenience store and post office, a Kid’s Planet children’s day nursery and a 20,000 sq ft Pure Gym.”
