Occupational Cost Barometer

Whilst most office sub-markets have experienced rental growth in recent years, most tenants are primarily concerned with total occupational costs, so we thought it would be useful to provide an overview of both headline rents and total occupational costs for Grade A (new-build development) and Grade B (refurbished) offices in some of the locations we cover.

The costs shown in the table below are the total average cost of headline rent, service charge and business rates, including car parking on a typical ratio for the location.
