Chiesi Ltd have signed up on 5 Manchester Green, close to Manchester Airport, shortly after Barwood completed the speculative remodelling of the scheme and the full refurbishment of the building.
Chiesi will join existing tenants Capita and Ingredion at Manchester Green, moving their UK HQ from Cheadle Royal Business Park during 2015 into the whole of Building 5 extending to 18,643 sq ft.

Barwood are now pressing ahead with the refurbishment of Building 3 (14,838 sq ft) to the same high standard of Building 5. Building 1 (24,927 sq ft) will follow shortly thereafter.
