IT Specialist Relocates To Christie Office Park

Canning O’Neill has agreed the sale of a modern office building on a popular business park in West Didsbury for £725,000.

Professional IT Services Company TAGZ has purchased the high quality 4,306 sq ft property on Christie Office Park from Ravensworth Properties.

The two-storey office building, which comes with 11 parking spaces, is part of a development of seven separate buildings, with other occupiers including Nationwide Vehicle Contracts and Leon Herman Accountants.

The deal will see Manchester based TAGZ relocate its HQ from its current base in Chorlton – which has been sold to a residential developer.

Conrad O’Neill, director of Canning O’Neill, who acted jointly with Newcastle-based commercial property agents Naylors Gavin Black said: “This building generated a lot of interest due to the short supply of small owner-occupier office opportunities in South Manchester. Having sold their existing building, TAGZ engaged with Canning O’Neill to find an alternative property to buy nearby and 5 Christie Way met their needs precisely.”

TAGZ was unrepresented.
