Two new deals have been struck at the 435,000 sq ft Exchange Quay development in Salford.
Online beauty product retailer BEAUTY BAY is expanding its operation and doubling the size of its offices by taking 7,591 sq ft of additional space on the tenth floor of Building No 5. It will accommodate a total of 15,200 sq ft.
Joint chief executive David Gabbie said: “As BEAUTY BAY continues to expand rapidly, Exchange Quay offers an ideal solution for an agile global HQ. We’re delighted to be doubling the size of BEAUTY BAY’s presence within the development.”
Independent financial advisory firm Chase De Vere is also taking more space, signing a lease for a 1,120 sq ft suite in Building No 8.
