Office agency specialist, Canning O’Neill have agreed a 6,059 sq ft deal at 7600 Daresbury Park to APJ Solicitors.
The deal facilitates APJ’s expansion on the Park and the firm has taken a sub-lease of the self contained building from Sentinel Performance Solutions. The heating and hot water producer specialist took the decision to consolidate its office and laboratory facility into the adjoining Unit 7650 at the beginning of the year.
Speaking about the deal, Mark Canning, sole letting agent for the building, commented: “The deal was agreed prior to the pandemic but, due to the lockdown, it was put on ice. As soon as restrictions eased, we were able to complete the deal.
Daresbury Park is located on Junction 11 of the M56 and is home to occupiers including PR Projen, ABB, Ombudsman Services, Greensil and Ivanti.
Canning O’Neill has now been appointed to market 7,019 sq ft at Unit 6 Cinnabar Court, Daresbury Park, J11, M56, Cheshire, WA4 4GE.
Mark continued: “We are seeing an encouraging level of activity in the office market, despite many offices still being closed or accommodating a skeleton workforce. Home working will certainly play a key role for many businesses in the future but, as we see it, the office will still have a pivotal role to play. For those businesses where home working is not an option, they may actually require more space than before because of social distancing requirements.”
