Canning O’Neill Brokers 32,080 sq ft Letting in MediaCity

Canning O’Neill has brokered one of the largest lettings in Salford Quays, securing a 32,080 sq ft office deal at MediaCity’s Orange Tower on behalf of landlord Landsec.

Ryan Property Tax Services UK, a global tax services and software provider, take the sixth and tenth floors of the building joining existing tenants including, ITV, Kellogg’s, Intelligent Lending, and the University of Salford. The deal marks a significant milestone for MediaCity, with the Orange Tower now fully occupied following a £1.8m refurbishment.

MediaCity is now at 94 per cent occupancy, with lettings since April 2025 alone generating more than 800 jobs and driving economic growth across the region.

Carter Jonas LLP acted as agents on behalf of Ryan on the transaction.  Consensus Workspace, who undertook the landlord’s initial refurbishment and will now create Ryan Property Tax Services UK’s new office.
