Canning O’Neill at the Front Line for Office Lettings

19 Albion Street in Manchester - red brick textile mill conversionWe are pleased to announce completion of the letting of the ground floor of 19 Albion Street to Capita Business Services for its Army Recruitment project.

The Canning O’Neill office agency team were appointed to let the property in summer 2015 on behalf of Equinox Properties and quickly secured interest from Capita.  The letting required change of use and listed building consent for the fit out so the process has taken a few months but we are delighted to have been able to see it through with Capita.

The business management consultancy will relocate the Armed Forces Career Office from Peter Street to take 4,036 sq ft on a 10-year lease and are currently fitting out the accommodation to be operational later this year.

Albion Wharf’s prominent location between First Street and the city’s core means the office have a great profile with a high level of footfall and passing traffic, which made it ideal for this use.
