Canning O’Neill appointed on landmark Manchester City Centre office

Canning O’Neill is pleased to be working alongside CBRE on the letting of 101 Princess Street, a beautifully refurbished, Grade II listed former warehouse, in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

The building was purchased by YAKEL in 2024 and has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, with a design-led approach that keeps its original character: soaring ceilings, original cast iron columns and floor-to-ceiling arched windows.

Director of YAKEL, Sam Farage says that they want to create a space that “caters to the dynamic Manchester economy with a community at its core.”

With that in mind, they have launched NOON on the 2nd floor, a floor of serviced offices around a central breakout area, shared kitchen, and free meeting rooms. Occupiers can also enjoy free weekly Yoga sessions.

For larger occupiers, the 5th floor has been completely remodelled by award winning designers, Incognito, with 48 desks, boardroom, meeting room, zoom rooms, and two private roof terraces.  Yoga is still open to staff here too!

The building provides 24/7 access and security, EPC B rating, 100% green energy, superfast connectivity and air conditioning. With an excellent location to local transport and amenities, employees can grab a coffee at Foundation Coffee, dine out at Piccolinos, or embrace culture at Manchester Art Gallery.
