GlaxoSmithkline Research & Development Ltd are a global healthcare company, has signed a lease for 9,830 sq ft in Number 4.
Boxchange Associates has signed a lease for 1,400 sq ft. Boxchange are change agents who deliver complex and cross-functional change programmes across all major sectors.
These two new lettings follow hot on the steps from four new lettings totalling over 13,000 sq ft to new occupiers Wurth Electronics and North West Employers, and existing occupiers, international consultancy RPS and marketing agency K2L.
Exchange Quay, purchased by Hunter REIM in 2014, have embarked on a £10m comprehensive refurbishment/ remodelling programme including landscaping and new on-site amenities. Refurbishment of Number 8 has now completed and all the estate works will be finished by June 2015.

Requirements from 600 sq ft up to 50,000 sq ft can be accommodated within the 8 buildings on the scheme.
