Available by way of sub-let from the current tenant are two ground floor offices, which could be combined in to a single space, within Parkway House on Palatine Road, Northenden.

On entry to the building there is a large reception area, which is manned during office hours.

There are two available office suites available; one on the second floor of 3,824 sq ft and the other being on the ground floor directly off the reception on the Eastern wing of the property totalling 1,539 sq ft. The second floor is predominantly open plan with a couple of private offices, server room, and kitchen area.  It has windows on three elevations and therefore benefits from excellent natural light.

On the ground floor there is a suite of 1,539 sq ft available.  This is currently split as Suites A and B but could be combined.  Suite B is the smaller of the spaces at 355 sq ft and was used predominantly as a boardroom by the current tenant.  The second space (Suite A) of 1,184 sq ft is then accessed via the shared corridor and is the larger of the two offices.  Please note that they are adjacent suites and can be combined into a single office of 1,539 sq ft or reconfigured with an interlinking door.  Both need to be taken on a single sublet, we can not offer them as individual suites.
