Canning O’Neill has negotiated and completed the sale of The Old School House on George Leigh Street on the northern fringe of Manchester city centre, acting on behalf of Ask Developments.
Ask had previously converted the former school into high quality offices for their own occupation but have now relocated to leasehold offices at The Pinnacle on King Street in the heart of Manchester. The freehold interest on the 12,000 sq ft was sold to 151 Products Ltd.
Canning O’Neill are also acting for Ask Developments in the marketing of the former cinema building on Clippers Quay in the centre of Salford Quays / Media City.
