COVID-19 Update January 2021 – A Message Regarding Office Viewings

On Monday 4th January 2021, the Government announced the latest National lockdown, however the Government guidance allows for physically distanced viewings to take place that carefully adhere to public health guidance.

Canning O’Neill are able to undertake property viewings, and we have ensured our team are fully up-to-date with the Government’s and the RICS’s latest guidelines.

Should you wish to view a property, in addition to all other Government advise on isolating, if you have symptoms or have come into contact with anyone who has, we would ask that:

  • In the first instance, we ascertain whether a virtual viewing is possible.
  • For a physical viewing, the number of people present on a viewing be restricted in order to follow social distancing guidelines.
  • Everyone involved should wash their hands prior to undertaking a viewing.
