FRIDAY FEATURES

| Mandy

Happy Friday to you, has it felt like a short week, have you been rushed off your feet or have you broken back into the swing of things more gently after the Easter break?

Its turning a corner time, the period after Easter is usually a period of intense activity, the spring weather has taken hold and the spirits are lifted with the additional light and its time to make things happen.  The end of the financial year for some can be time where new beginnings are put in place.  This is a good time to get any plans for growth and expansion off the ground and if those plans mean that you need larger office premises, then we will be able to help you.  In addition, if you need to negotiate new lease terms on your existing offices or just need some commercial property guidance, then we can help you there too.

Canning O’Neill have a full list of offices to let Manchester including Salford Quays, Old Trafford, South Manchester and Warrington click here for more information.

A Friday wouldn’t be a Friday without some trivia, so here goes…have a great weekend!

  • The word “samba” means “to rub navels together.”
  • Some mind boggling maths: 111,111,111 x 111,111,111 = 12,345,678,987,654,321
  • If a statue in the park of a person on a horse has both front legs
    in the air, the person died as a result of wounds received in battle;
    if the horse has all four legs on the ground, the person died of
    natural causes.
