We have once again scooped the North West Business Insider’s Office Agents of the Year 2019 award.
The judges said ‘Canning O’Neill stood out in a very strong category by not shying away from more challenging work and securing a raft of new clients in 2018.’
We won the award back in 2015 and have been shortlisted for the last three years, so it was a privilege to win again!
In celebrating our 21st year in business, we are also proud to have completed more deals than any of our competitors, which is a fantastic achievement when you consider that we have only four fee earners.
Our 161 transactions were secured on behalf of 62 different clients across 94 properties. But it’s not only the number of transactions we have done but also the way in which we do them. We are now becoming the occupiers’ agent of choice, advising blue-chip organisations including ADM Wild Flavours, Protector Insurance and DWF. Our in-depth knowledge of the market in which we operate, skill in executing complex deals and securing the best offer for our clients have put our name on a par with our international peers.
