THE EAGLE HAS LANDED AT RICHMOND HOUSE!

Two lettings have recently been concluded at Richmond House on Bloom Street in Manchester, including a new high quality wine bar to be named Eagle Bar.

Advertising, design and marketing agency, Creation ADM, have signed a lease on the First Floor offices of 2,761 sq ft on a 5 year lease. Creation have moved to Richmond House from New Mount Street in the Northern Quarter and their clients include JD Williams, Café Rouge and Asics Rugby.

In a separate deal, the self-contained basement of the building, comprising 3,033 sq ft, has been let on a 10 year lease to Eagle Bar, which is currently undergoing an extensive fit-out and will open its’ doors for business this Easter.

Richmond House is owned by Strand Securities, who have carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the building to provide quality offices oozing with character in suites from c. 800 sq ft to single floors of c. 2,800 sq ft.
