James has been working in office agency in the North West for over 15 years and has handled numerous high profile instructions. Before joining Mark and Conrad in 2002, James worked in the office agency departments at Associate Director level at a large firm of International Property Consultants and, prior to that, a large locally-based firm. James’ main focus is in the marketing of offices to let and for sale on behalf of private investors and institutions across the North West of England but he also handles acquisitions.
