RENT REVIEW SUCCESS IN BIRCHWOOD!

North West Commercial Property Consultants Canning O’Neill have achieved a “nil increase” result on a rent review on an office building in Birchwood, Warrington.

Acting on behalf of Martin Dawes Systems Limited, Manchester rent review surveyors Canning O’Neill successfully argued that there should be no uplift in rental beyond the fixed minimum uplift figure on Network House, Cinnamon Park, Birchwood, comprising 14,728 sq ft with 68 car parking spaces.

Martin Dawes’ lease provided for a fixed minimum uplift on the rent review date of 24th June 2008 from the passing rent of £13.85 psf to £14.00 psf. Canning O’Neill successfully argued that the open market rental value should be no more than the fixed minimum uplift.
