This 280,000 sq ft office campus has undergone a major refurbishment programme, transforming the buildings to a modern 21st century working environment and business community.

Works have included the remodelling of the Devonshire Street frontage to include an impressive new reception area serving all 5 buildings and planning permission was granted in October 2016 to re-clad the entire scheme and replace the windows throughout.
