Manchester Commercial Property Consultants Canning O’Neill have let a self-contained office building in Old Trafford on behalf of clients.

Acting on behalf of Wilsons Insurance Group Limited, Canning O’Neill have let 13 Warwick Road, a 3 storey office building of 4,072 sq ft, to Trafford Carers Centre.

Trafford Carers are part of the Princess Royal Trust for Carers charity, founded in 1991 upon the initiative of  HRH the Princess Royal.  Princess Anne remains the charity’s Patron and other well  known supporters include Pam Ferris, Christopher Biggins, Sheila Hancock, Ian Rankin, Lynda Bellingham and Jo Brand. The Trust provides support for people caring at home for family members with chronic illnesses or disabilities. The Trust currently provides support for over 400,000 carers, including 25,000 young carers.

Trafford Carers have taken the building on a new lease for a term of 9 years.
