Acting on behalf of Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, Canning O’Neill has pulled off the first of two large office deals to be announced in the Birchwood area of Warrington.

NNL Ltd have committed to a floor of 17,213 sq ft within Chadwick House which involved Canning O’Neill negotiating the surrender of Sony Ericsson’s lease liability which ran to 2011.

Sony Ericsson recently closed the Birchwood office as part of a corporate restructuring exercise placing 28,000 sq ft on the market.

10,660 sq ft of office accommodation remains available to let on part 1st Floor, also in Chadwick House
