In the biggest office deal in Sale & Altrincham in 2011, Manchester commercial property agents Canning O'Neill have let 14,242 sq ft of offices at Jackson House, Sale to Smooth Financial Consultants Ltd.      Jackson House is owned by London & Harrogate based Commercial Estates Group. CANNING O’NEILL NEGOTIATES ST JAMES’S SURRENDER

Canning O'Neill has negotiated the surrender of the URS Scott Wilson's lease on the 4th Floor of St James's, on Oxford Street, Manchester. The offices were let to URS,  but became surplus to operational requirements following URS's acquisition of  consulting engineers, Scott Wilson.
