In the first deal of 2010 at Royal Buildings, SWIIS UK Ltd have consolidated their Central Manchester office into a fully refurbished office suite of 1,176 sq ft on  the 3rd Floor. SWIIS have signed a new 3 year lease on a fully refurbished office suite in the heart of Manchester City Centre .
