Description

Tulketh Mill is a Grade II listed mill which occupies a prominent position off the A5085 Blackpool Road just north west of Preston town centre.

The mill is steeped in history, built in 1905 at the height of the cotton boom and was one of Lancashire's most notable former spinning mills. Today, The Carphone Warehouse and Talk Talk occupy over 100,000 sq ft and we can now offer up to 165,000 sq ft to occupiers seeking office, hotel, leisure, manufacturing, residential or storage accommodation.
